At the tender age of 21 Tiffany Stoop took over Carpe Diem with the help of her family. Her love of cooking started at age 7, where she enjoyed cooking with her Grandmother. Over the years she learnt most of the traditional Belgium recipes and these delicious dishes are available at Carpe Diem. Tiffany is a traditional chef with a hint of youthful variation and offers you a great opportunity to try out the fantastic Belgium food. The team at Carpe Diem are made up of family and close friends and will make you feel very welcome whether it is for lunch, dinner, drinks on the sunny terrace or just for a coffee and cake.
